Biography
My (Karin Mørch) inspiration often derives from simple expressions. In the contrast field between the linear and the tilted. I see the beauty in the natural realm of geometry, the architecture and my own experiences with other people and various ways of expression -music, dance, words and in the properties of glass as material. Properties as transparency and the optical abstractions – reflections of the world as I see them. My starting point is creating space and giving form. This often repeats itself and through that variations occur whereby development into new ideas or objects arise. A process of continuous change is important in order to keep up my curiosity.
